If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Rules in Palm Beach
County, Florida.
You and WorldIPI waive:

Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable.

All claims must be brought within one (1) year of arising.
Counterclaims may be filed within 30 days of receiving notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
If arbitration does not apply, disputes must be brought in Palm Beach County, Florida courts.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive WorldIPI’s right to enforce it later.

WorldIPI may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with mergers,
